Payment: Stage I, before September 5,2025 (Friday)
1.Freshmen /Undergraduate Freshmen: Starting on August 26,2025, tuition statement can be downloaded from the following webpage.

※The last six numbers of date of birth (YYYYMMDD) is required for verification.

To ensure timely confirmation of registration status, payment via credit card issued in Taiwan or convenience store is not recommended, as processing may take 5–7 business days.
Payment made at First Bank counters or via ATM/online banking is strongly recommended, with processing typically completed by the next business day.
2.The deadline for the tuition payment for the Fall semester of the 2025 academic year is Friday, September 5,2025. Late payments made between September 6 and September 19 may only be processed at First Bank counters or via ATM (including online banking). Students who do not complete payment by September 5, 2025 will be considered late registrants, and will be subject to Article 13 of National Chengchi University Regulations.
3.Students may make cash payments using the Tuition Fee Payment Slip at any branch of First Commercial Bank in Taiwan.
Additionally, a temporary First Bank service counter will be available at the Cashier Section, located on the 5th floor of the Administration Building, from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, except on August 8, August 15, and August 22(Fridays) due to the university’s summer break.
On the tuition payment deadline day, Friday, September 5, the service hours will be extended to 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM to accommodate students. Cash payments can be made at the counter during these hours.

Payment: Stage II, before November 7, 2025 (Friday)
Article 19 of National Chengchi University Regulations :
Students will be given a grade of zero during course assessment if they fail to pay the fees above within the given deadline. Students who have been approved to make retroactive payments before the suspension of study deadline of the current semester should be charged late fees in addition to the original fees. Late fees are calculated according to the number of days past due. It is calculated as 1% of the original fee for every two days past due, up to a maximum of 15% of the original fee and less than NT$2,000.
