申請資格須符合教育部《外國學生來臺就學辦法》規定。

報名繳件：每年二月至三月

【申請文件】
- 個人資料表 Personal Data Form
- 兩封推薦函 Two letters of recommendation
- 英文自傳 English personal statement
- 英文讀書計畫 English study plan
- 英語檢定證明文件 Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency and are required to provide one of the official score reports valid two years from the test date
- TOEFL: iBT minimum 88; CBT minimum 230
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- TOEIC: minimum 850
- English proficiency certificate with CEFR scale: minimum B2
- Applicants who earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an institution where the language of instruction is English are exempt from submitting the proficiency score report (verification may be required).
