Congratulations to Mr. Napat Vechkama for achieving second place in the 2023 Master's and Doctoral Thesis Awards organized by the Taiwan Southeast Asia Association.

His thesis, titled "Explaining Changes in Thailand's Government-Military Cooperation, 1992-2022: A Structural Explanation," received this honor.
